You know, it's sometimes interesting to see where muses will take someone.

I remember before I had really developed any, being jealous of those that did. I don't really remember when they started developing, except that it was somewhere in high school and with CATS. ...and then once I started roleplaying... well... life's never been the same since.

I've had some interesting conversations with people about muses before. How people who don't have them... sometimes find it hard to understand.

Muses can let you live through someone else, in a world constructed just for them, and the ones like them.
Muses can take over your brain when you don't want them to.
Muses can fall in love, and leave you confused as to your own feelings.
Muses can be cathartic, or build up emotions that you know don't carry over to yourself.
Muses can be inspirational, when they choose to behave.
Muses can make you like things you didn't like before, and make you try new things.
Muses can make you feel very very happy, or sad, frustrated, and alone. Oftentimes they do both.

I love my muses. And I wouldn't give them up for anything.



Lately, a certain muse (who I'm sure most of you can guess the identity of) has been longing for a walk through the woods. I wonder if I'll be able to grant that any time soon?
